发明名称 FILM SUBSTRATE FOR BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the productivity of an electrode by arranging a urethane base adhesive layer and an adhesive layer made of chlorinated polyolefin having maleic anhydride skeleton between a polyethylene telephthalate layer and a polyolefin layer. CONSTITUTION:An aluminium layer 1, an urethane base adhesive layer 2A, a polyethylene telephthalate layer 3, an urethane base adhesive layer 2B, a chlorinated polyolefin layer 4 having maleic anhydride skeleton, and a polyolefin layer 5 are stacked in that order. Since bond strength between laminated films is high, when this film substrate is used as the substrate for a battery, bonding strength between a current collector and the film substrate is high and hardness of the film substrate serving as the supporting base plate of the current collector and a battery case is sufficiently ensured. The generation of troubles in the electrode caused by deformation of the film substrate in aging and formation after screen printing is avoided and productivity is increased.
