PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical cell that has an electrode body sealed by a seal member and can surely seal the electrode body while performing miniaturization, and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: An electrochemical cell includes an electrode body in which sheet-like positive and negative electrode members are laminated together through a separator, a laminate film 11 which encloses the electrode body therein and seals the periphery of the electrode body, a positive electrode tab 13 which is connected to the positive electrode member and extends outwards from a sealing area of the laminate film 11, and a negative electrode tab 14 which is connected to the negative electrode member and extends outwards from the sealing area. A part of the extension area of the positive electrode terminal, and a part of the extension area of the negative terminal are integrated with each other by a film member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
