Heat storage by phase change material-bioceramic ONDOL comprises an insulating layer(2), heat storage pipes(4) by phase change material in hot water circulating pipes or electric exothermic bars(5) on the insulating layer(2), the sensible heat storage layer which corresponds to the surface layer(7) of ONDOL being made of concrete and bioceramic, and PVC block(3) which forms the unit element of ONDOL.
