PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the shielding function of shielding layers and the core function of the upper shielding layer by executing the single domain formation of the magnetic domain structure of the upper shielding layer. SOLUTION: The lower shielding layer 20 is formed of a multilayered structure laminated with four layers of magnetic layers 31 via nonmagnetic intermediate layers 32. The single domain formation of the respective magnetic layers 31 may be accelerated by the static magnetic bounding emitted from the ends of the respective magnetic layers 31. In addition, the upper shielding layer 26 consists of the structure which is subjected to the single domain formation of the magnetic layers 33 and 35 by the multilayered structure and is capable of simultaneously improving the shielding function and the core function.
