摘要 Rolls are prepared individually in chambers (7) below the funnel shaped opening (4) of dough reservoir (1). Dough is forced into the chambers by pneumatically operated piston (2) that closes the opening at the end of its stroke. One vertical side of the chamber if formed by kneading plate (8) and the opposite side by piston (6) whose position determines the size of the dough portion. Whilst there are individual pistons (6) plate (8) extends over all chambers and has corresponding indentations for the kneading process during which pistons (6) are withdrawn slightly. The kneading action is through eccentric connection of the plate to the motor. The whole kneading attachment (15) is then withdrawn by hydraulic cylinder (14) and the rolls drop onto conveyor (11). There is provision (not shown) for blowing oil or flour into the chambers at the end of each cycle to prevent the dough adhering to its sides. The four hollow legs of the machine have connections for compressed air to provide an air cushion for easy repositioning. Once repositioned vacuum is applied to fix the machine in position.
