<p>A powdered rinse conditioner comprising a non-ionic active water insoluble cationic active having the formula (R1)3N+(CH2)nCH(OOCR2)(CH2OOCR2), in which R1 is independently selected from C1-4 alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, or C2-C4 alkenyl groups and wherein each R2 group is independently selected from C2-27 alkyl or alkenyl groups and n is an integer for 0 to 5. The composition may further contains from 1 to 15 wt.% of a fat acid.</p> |
