The lifting arm comprises a tubular hydraulic actuator (1) composed of a cylindrical tube (3) which exerts a traction on flexible tubular connections (6) interposed between the actuator and an application point (7). These connections enable hydraulic control at a distance from the actuator. The actuator comprises a piston (2), sliding in the cylindrical tube, having a hollow rod (17) at the end of which is an inner guide (5) integral with a distributor (4) outside the driving tube of the flexible connections.
