PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode having not-irregular edge parts of the elec trode, especially having completely flat and smooth edge parts and to be attached to the underwear. SOLUTION: A planer electrode E is integrally stuck to the surface of a urethane sheet 2 so as to form an overlap width 3. The planer electrode E is not directly sewed on an underwear but sewed through the overlap width 3 of the urethane sheet 2. When sewing the urethane sheet 2 on the underwear, an indented stitch 4 is formed along the edge part. The planer electrode E is sewed on the underwear through the overlap width 3 of the urethane sheet 2 to prevent the indented stitch 4 from being formed along the edge of the planer electrode E.
