Preform feed unit (4) and blown molding extractor (5) are coupled by a bypass (7). On malfunction, rendering preform (1) insertion into the blowing mold impossible, the bypass hands over preforms directly from the feed unit to the extractor. An Independent claim is included for the corresponding blow-molding equipment. A change over selector (9), e.g. a swinging arm, is able to supply preforms either to the blowing station or the bypass (7).
