PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge limitations of amplitudes in the X-direction and Y-direction of a three-dimensional suspension, by sliding a peripheral end of a slide plate up to the inside of a central opening. SOLUTION: When a second limitation slide of the present invention is compared with a conventional first limitation slide, apparently eccentric limitation of a shaft body 4 in the second limitation slide is larger. In the second limitation slide, a slide outer periphery 5 comes into contact with the inner periphery 2 of a slide support plate and a position C to provide the eccentric limitation. In this state, three cross points A, B, and C with central opening periphery 3 and a slide outer periphery 5 define vertexes of an equilateral triangle. The shaft body 4 positioned in the center of this equilateral triangle is stably kept in parallel with the slide support plate 7. In the first limitation slide, 3 slide outer periphery 5' comes into contact with the inner periphery 2 of the slide support plate at the position C to provide the eccentric limitation. Using this invention, a light and compact three-dimensional suspension impossible in the prior art can be supplied.
