PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize damage in the case of the generation of a leakage of water from a piping connecting section in the piping connecting structure of a faucet by a header piping conducting piping to the faucet for a bathroom, a sink, a wash stand or the like in a residence. SOLUTION: In the piping connecting structure of the faucet in which headers 6, 7 for hot water and water and the faucet 2 installed to a bathroom, a sink, a wash stand 1 or the like in a residence are connected by a large number of water conveyance pipes 11 disposed under a floor, leakage detectors 27 are mounted detachably to at least one lower sections in connecting section with the heaters 6, 7 and connecting sections with the faucet 2 in the water conveyance pipes 11. The leakage detectors 27 form water collecting chambers 31, into which hot water is poured first, and water storage chambers 32, into which hot water overflowing over the water collecting chambers 31 is poured, and sensors 34 for detecting a leakage of water or transmitters are fitted to the water storage chambers 32.
