PURPOSE: A filler for preventing ladle from clogging is provided to obtain stability of the steelmaking process consistently by easily and naturally opening the ladle nozzle port without coagulation of filler for temporarily closing ladle nozzle port. CONSTITUTION: In a filler injected into nozzle port in a lower part of the ladle to easily supply molten steel contained in ladle into tundish when continuously casting molten steel in a steelmaking process for manufacturing molten steel into slab, the filler has a composition comprising 37 wt.% or more of chromium oxide, 20 wt.% or less of silicon dioxide and 16 wt.% or less of alumina, wherein 45 to 55 kg of chrome based filler only is injected when producing an ultra-low carbon steel containing 70 ppm or less of carbon in molten steel and steel types used for petroleum pipe, silicon based filler and chrome based filler are respectively injected in a mixing ratio of 50:50 when producing steel types except the above steel types, and the mixing ratio of the silicon based filler or the chrome based filler does not exceed an injection ratio of 10%.
