PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter which can control the generation of noise during a switching operation. SOLUTION: Since the output voltage of a step-up circuit is detected and the detected voltage is fed back to an amplifier, for controlling the output voltage of this amplifier to a target voltage value, the step-up circuit which steps up a voltage by receiving an output voltage of the amplifier generates the power of voltage which is equal to n/m times of the target voltage value. Thereby, the power of the voltage, which is substantially stabilized to n/m times for the target voltage value, can be outputted from the step-up circuit. Moreover, since a variable voltage generating circuit is controlled, using a voltage control circuit in the other invention to control the output voltage of the amplifier to the target voltage value, the power of the voltage which is substantially stabilized to n/m times to the target voltage value is outputted from the step-up circuit in the same manner.
