PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rechargeable electronic apparatus or a charging contact device which realizes sure contact also prevents oxidation in long term use. SOLUTION: A charging contact assembly for the rechargeable apparatus that has a rechargeable unit and a base unit in which the rechargeable unit is connectable to the base unit for recharging. The contact assembly has at least a first contact arranged in the rechargeable apparatus, at least a second contact arranged in the base unit, and a secondary contact configured to induce a harmonized wipeout contact action when at least one of the first contact and the rechargeable unit contact the baser unit. The assembly body has the base unit configured to contain the recharging unit and the rechargeable unit and to recharge.
