PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take favorable balance of currents between a plurality of power units operated in parallel. SOLUTION: This power unit 2 is operated with its own DC output terminal 2b connected in parallel with each DC output terminal of one or plural other power unit or units, and this has a current balancing part 11 which receives the input of the current for balancing for taking the balance with each output current of other power units and the detected current corresponding to its own output current, and performs the output action for balancing its one output current to the above current for balancing from both currents of the control currents and the detected currents. An impedance controller 12 which controls the output impedance of the above current balance part highly when the power unit concerned is in specified condition.
