PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably process the data transmitted to a browsing means of a client by a data delivery server to be passively browsed without switching a page display. SOLUTION: A user customizing part 111 saves user information such as a display condition of a Web browser 141. An information analyzing part 113 obtains an application data 150 specified by a data specifying part 112 according to the user information to analyze the dividing position and the display time of the divided data. A data generation part 114 divides the application data 150 according to the analysis result of the information analyzing part 113, alters the font size and data display size of the divided data, sets the display time, and edits the display redirect designation to be processed to HTML form and returned to the Web server 120. The Web server 120 transmits the returned processed data to the Web browser 141.
