PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house equipped with a balcony connecting to an entrance porch capable of solving the most common problems together in the apartment house such as the secureness of a storage space, the secureness of a doorway (circulation) separate from the entrance, measures against an invasion of privacy when the window is set toward the common corridor. SOLUTION: The doorway (gate door 10) separate from an entrance 8 by connecting to the porch 2 is formed, at the same time, the balcony 3 held between the common passage 1 and a room (kitchen 11) is set in a backward space of the doorway (gate door 10), the balcony 3 is formed in the space partitioned by floor/ceiling/wall and, at the same time, the doorway (door 13) is made in the wall set toward the balcony 3 of the room (kitchen 11) to form so as to enable the balcony to pass through.
