摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating structure for a cryogenic tank wherein weight of large bending moment acting on a stud blot positioned in a boundary vicinity of a semi-spherical surface part and a cylindrical shell part of a cylindrical tank is reduced or eliminated (reduce to zero). SOLUTION: In the heat insulating structure for the cryogenic tank, a reinforcing wire net 3c is interposed in an intermediate position of inner and outer laminated parts 2a and 2b of a double layer lamination structure comprising synthetic resin foam. The tank comprises the cylindrical tank 1 with the semi- spherical surface parts 1a integrally connected to both ends of the cylindrical shell part 1b. Rigidity is reasonably enhanced by forming a wire diameter of the wire net 3c interposed in each semi-spherical surface part 1a slightly larger in comparison with a wire diameter of the wire net 3c interposed in the cylindrical shell part 1b.
