PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-phthalate low VOC content replacing plasticizer or fusion auxiliary agent, capable of applying a low VOC content polymer emulsion coating friendly to the environment, safe for handling and not to be a target of regulatory control and suitable for compatibility with a wide polymer.SOLUTION: Mono-benzoate includes 3-phenylpropyl benzoate used as a low VOC plasticizer/fusion auxiliary agent in the coating of a coating material and other polymer base. An acrylic coating material compound includes the plasticizer/fusion auxiliary agent being 3-phenylpropyl benzoate. A mono-benzoate fusion auxiliary agent for aqueous overprint varnish and ink includes 3-phenylpropyl benzoate. An overprint varnish composition includes a polymer dispersion and a fusion auxiliary agent being 3-phenylpropyl benzoate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
