X-RAY CT APPARATUS, OPERATION CONSOLE AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate lack of display of an X-ray tomographic image in the real-time display of the X-ray tomographic image. SOLUTION: This X-ray CT apparatus has: a gantry 120 detecting X-rays transmitted through a test subject at different projection angles; and an operation console 100 reconstructing the X-ray tomographic image of the test subject every time an X-ray tube 124 turns by a prescribed turn angle, on the basis of data received from the gantry 121. The X-ray CT apparatus has: a reconstruction engine 110 previously reconstructing the X-ray tomographic image of the test subject; a specification means specifying a prescribed area of the previously reconstructed X-ray tomographic image; an extraction means extracting the X-ray tomographic image within the prescribed area from the X-ray tomographic images reconstructed every time the X-ray generation source 124 turns by the prescribed turn angle; and a CRT 102 displaying the X-ray tomographic image generated by composing the previously reconstructed X-ray tomographic image and the extracted X-ray tomographic image within the prescribed area.
