PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator which can increase rigidity without influencing magnetic circuit characteristic of a drive coil.SOLUTION: A linear actuator includes: a movable part having a cylindrical movable body around which a drive coil is wound in a circumferential direction of an outer peripheral surface; a stator having a magnetic substance and a fixing plate; a linear guide which is arranged inside the movable body and capable of linear movement along a guide rail; and a position detector which is arranged on an outer peripheral surface or an inner peripheral surface of the movable body and detects a relative position in a linear movement direction of the movable body with respect to the stator. There are provided: a fitting member to which members to be moved together with the movable body are fitted; and a coupling member for connecting the movable part between the position detector and the fitting member. The fixing plate has an open hole having a slit shape in the moving direction of the movable body. The open hole inserts the coupling member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
