Small wind machine wheel vanes - have cover surface between hub and outer ring, and automatically adjusting according to wind pressure

The wheel is for a small wind-operated machine, and has its surface between its hub (11) and an outer ring (14) fully occupied by vanes (15). Its effective surface is pref. between 5 and 10 square metres. The outer ring (14) has such a width that on the inflow and outflow sides of the wheel (10) it extends axially over the vanes (15). On both sides of the wheel, in extension of the hub (11), conical, outwardly narrowing guide bodies (18,19) are fitted, and the vanes are individually fitted and adjustable between hub (11) and outer rinq (14), but are automatically adjustable in terms of wind pressure.
