<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a flyback transformer of high stability, enable to select arbitrary the length, etc., of a lead wire from respective winding sections, and enabled to keep the winding in shape by a method wherein closely adhered winding parts are provided at the winding start part and the winding end part of the winding section of each layer of a high-tension coil, and lead wires of the winding section are led out by fusion bonding between the mutual conductors of the closely adhered winding parts thereof. CONSTITUTION:A winding section 2 has closely aligned winding parts 3, 5 and a main winding part 4. The closely aligned winding parts 3, 5 are provided at the winding start part 3 and the winding end part 5 of the winding section 2, and are formed by winding a conductor closely for the prescribed number of turns. While the main winding part 4 is wound between the closely aligned winding parts 3, 5, and it is also favorable when the main winding is wound continuously with the closely aligned winding parts 3, 5, and moreover, it is also favorable when the main winding is wound providing gaps 6, 7 between the closely aligned winding parts 3, 5. Moreover, the winding pitch of the main winding part 4 is wound rougher usually than the closely aligned winding parts 3, 5, while to wind in the same winding pitch is also favorable. The conductor adhering coating of the closely aligned winding parts 3, 5 is dissolved according to a physical means, according to the thermal means, for example, to make the adhering coating layer 8 to be in common, and conductors are bonded mutually.</p> |
