PURPOSE:To prevent high pressure air from flowing in a negative pressure generating device side so as to both prevent a trouble and improve air efficiency, by providing a mover in a destructive valve device and moving this mover by the high pressure air blown from a blow port due to vacuum destruction when the valve device operates. CONSTITUTION:A negative pressure generating device is connected with an upper suction port 312. This upper suction port 312, communicating with a bottom suction port 311 through a blocking hole 385 and a slide hole 386, is connected with a negative pressure use side o vacuum attracting pad or the like. The slide hole 386 arranges a valve rod 389 adjusting a flow of high pressure air in a blow port 341. Further this valve rod 389 slidably inserts a mover 392. And if a destructive valve 300 operates, the high pressure air is blown from the blow port 341, moving the mover 392 by the pressure and closing the blocking hold 385. A device is constituted such that the high pressure air is only supplied to the negative pressure use side by the blocking hole.
