PURPOSE:To improve an efficiency of a separating process of a bonding member and a spacer by supporting the bonding member of a metal plate and ceramics and a laminated body of the spacer on a magnet, and thereafter rolling this laminated body falling either one of the spacer or the bonding member with the other attracted by the magnet to separate both the members. CONSTITUTION:A laminated body on which a metal plate 1 is coaxially laminated interposing a spacer 6 therebetween, on which plate like ceramics 2 are mounted interposing a bonding agent therebetween is pressed and heated, the bonding agent is hardened, and a bonding member 3 of the ceramics 2 and the metal plate 1 is formed and thereafter, the bonding member 3 and the spacer 6 are separated. In this case, either one of the metal plate or the spacer 6 is previously formed by magnetic material and the other is formed previously by non-magnetic material. SAid laminated body is supported on a magnet 21 under a horizontally rolled condition, and thereafter the laminated body is rolled downward, either one of the bonding member 3 and the spacer 6 is fallen to separate both the members. For instance, when a magnetic plate 4 of the spacer 6 is non magnetic material, as shown by an arrow A4, the spacer 6 is dropped from a separating base 18 and a sounding body 3 is left on the separating base 18 by being attracted by the magnet 21.
