<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic tape from being damaged by providing a subguide which can abut only on the magnetic tape during loading without touching a tape travel path finishing loading. CONSTITUTION:When a guide base 35 moves, an arm 44 located on the route for said base abuts on the side of the guide base 35. Therefore the arm 44 turns clockwise with a pin 45 as a center and a full width erasure head 15 and impedance roller 16 on the arm 44 retreat from a rotating cylinder 2. Thus winding of the magnetic tape 6 is unwound. On the other hand, since the locking pin 47 of the arm 44 turns a subarm 49 counterclockwise with a pin 50 as a center, a tilting subguide 48 advances toward the side of the rotating cylinder 2, and winds the magnetic tape 6, instead of the full width eradure head 15 and the impedance roller 16. The tilting angle of the tilting subguide 48 is appropriately set, whereby undue force hardly applies to the magnetic tape 6.</p> |
