PURPOSE:To enable oil to be supplied to a supply oil port in a rotary shaft, by providing two floating seal rings, which are peripherally provided on the rotary shaft having a bearing metal in the internal peripheral surface, before and after the axial direction of a supply oil hole and a housing, which contains these rings, while leak oil collecting seal devices in both end parts in the axial direction of said housing. CONSTITUTION:Lubricating oil, supplied from a lubricating oil pump, is allowed to flow into a peripheral surface-type oil supplier from a supply oil port 17, provided in a housing 5, and most of the oil, which passes through a supply oil hole 19 provided to be drilled in a rotating solid shaft 25a, is introduced to a concentric hole 20. The lubricating oil leaks by its pressure difference from a clearance between a bearing metal 2 in the internal peripheral surface of a floating seal ring 1 and the solid shaft 25a, but this leaking oil, which is accumulated leak oil collecting seal devices 11 set to both ends of housings 5, 6 and collected from a discharge oil hole 18 provided in the seal ring, is collected to a lubricating oil tank. In this way, the lubricating oil can be supplied to the rotary shaft in the inside of a double contrarotating propeller device.
