PURPOSE:To enhance the reproducibility of a dot and the quality of solid printing, by bonding the surface of a surface forming sheet having a surface roughness of 2-15 mum in terms of probe type roughness meter to a rubber layer under pressure to perform vulcanization and subsequently releasing the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A compressible layer 6 is provided to a support 5 and a surface rubber layer 8 which is to be printing surface is applied to said layer 6 through a support 7. After each constitution is laminated successively by this method, the surface of a surface forming sheet 4 is bonded to the surface rubber layer 8 under pressure. Subsequently, the whole is vulcanized and the surface forming sheet 4 is released after the completion of vulcanization. Whereupon, the surface rubber layer 8 having surface roughness of 2-15mum can be formed by said sheet 4. The surface forming sheet 4 can be repeatedly used and the printing surface can be manufactured simply and inexpensively as compared with a conventional manufacturing method. |
