A stool to detect components in urine has enzyme reagents which can react with the components, and electodes which can output the condition of reaction between the enzyme reagents and the urine components as electric signals. The enzyme reagent includes, as principal component, an enzyme which oxidises the sugar in urine, or an enzyme which oxidises the protein included in urine. The electrodes are pref. oxygen electrodes, which output, as current values, to the outside the oxygen consumption consumed in the oxidn. reaction between the enzyme reagents and the urine components.
