The leakage breaker comprises an image current transformer(zct) for sensing a leakage in an AC line, a first comparator for receiving and comparing an output of the image current transformer(zct) with an optional trigger voltage(v), a first time width generator for generating a time width according to an output level of the first comparator, a first pulse width generator for receiving an output of the first time width generator and generating pulse if the output is more than an optional voltage(v1,v2), a voltage detector whether the output of the image current transformer(zct) is voltage provided in a state of the maximum magnetic flux saturation, first and second delayers for respectively delaying by a given time for positive and negative values of the output from the voltage detector, second and third comparators for respectively comparing an output of the first and second delayers with optional trigger voltage(v); a second time width generator for receiving outputs of the second and third comparators and generating the time width if the output is more than the given level, a second pulse width generator for receiving an output of the second time width generator and generating pulse if the output is more than optional voltage(v3)(v4), and an OR gate for receiving outputs of the first and second pulse width generators, performing a logical sum computation and outputting the gained pulse width to the trigger.
