SUBSTANCE: apparatus for application of electrically charged particles to substrate consists of electrically insulated zone of fluidized bed for induction of charge by means of induction of resin powder particles; means for high-voltage supply located in one part of fluidized bed zone and connected to high-voltage current source with regulated voltage; grounded electrode located in other part of fluidized bed zone. Electric field may be set up between means for high-voltage supply and grounded electrode for induction of change on powder particles. Apparatus also includes means for supply of fluidizing air to zone of fluidized bed. Fluidized zone is formed in presence of resin powder particles. Formed in zone of fluidized bed is cloud of powder particles charged with electrostatic charge. Components of apparatus includes also means for withdrawal of electrically charged powder particles from zone of fluidized bed and dosing means attached by means of particle withdrawal for direction of flux of electrically charged particles to substrate surface. EFFECT: reliable and highly accurate control of value and polarity of electrostatic charge for ensuring application of coating of any required thickness to blank entire surface. 7 cl, 9 dwg
