PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple transmitting structure capable of preventing a rise of the vehicular center of gravity, and shortening the length of vehicle, in the vehicle having an HST. SOLUTION: In a vehicle wherein a differential gear device 11, an HST 8 and an engine 7 are arranged in order from a first direction of one side in a vehicular back-and-forth direction toward a second direction of the opposite side, a transmission 10 is provided between the differential gear device 11 and the HST 8. Power from a power source is inputted from the first direction side to the HST 8 through the transmission 10.
