PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporating and concentrating device which is small- seized with a simple structure, made at a low cost, small in energy consumption, kept to tight closure and capable of safely treating an odorous liquid. SOLUTION: This solution-evaporating/concentrating device is provided with an evaporating and concentrating part, which has plural horizontal rotary rollers arranged in parallel in the up-and-down and left-and-right direction, a solution supplying means for supplying a solution to the upper part of the rotary rollers, a solution falling-down means for letting the solution supplied to the rotary rollers of the upper part fall down to the rotary rollers of the lower part by being contact with or close to at least a part of the outer peripheral surface the rotary rollers each other and a heating means for heating to evaporate and concentrate the solution stuck to the surface of plural rotary rollers, and further a recovering vessel for recovering the solution concentrated by the heating means.
