PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a center conductor, an insulation covering layer and a cylindrical conductor with a high precision and at a low cost. SOLUTION: A lead block 100 comprises an insulation covered cable 10a having a center conductor 1 and a partial insulation covering layer 2, with one end face formed as a chip mounting face, and a cylindrical conductor 3 fitted into the outer periphery of the insulation covering layer 2. The insulation covered cable 10a and the cylindrical conductor 3 are integrated using a roll caulking. Thus, the center conductor, the insulation covering layer and the cylindrical conductor can be integrated with high precision and at a low cost using caulking bonding such as roll caulking and the production cost for the lead block can be reduced.
