PURPOSE: A rotating sewing-bobbin device for a sewing machine is provided, which is characterized by reducing a cost because the bobbin is replaced partly, increasing productivity because a main frame, a groove member and a track groove member are assembled respectively, and increasing facilities because an inner bobbin is inserted into an outer bobbin easily. CONSTITUTION: The rotating sewing-bobbin device is comprised of: the main frame(32) consisting of a base(34), the first supporting part(36) and the second supporting part(38); the base(34) installed on a driving shaft; the first supporting part(36) which is formed on one side of the base(34), having the first part track groove(40) inside; the second supporting part(38) which is formed on the other side of the base(34), having the second part track groove(42) inside; the track groove member(50) which is installed between the first supporting part(36) and the second supporting part(38) to disassemble, having the third part track groove(52) communicating with the first part track groove(40) and the second part track groove(42); the groove member(58) which is fixed on the second supporting part(38) of the main frame(32) to disassemble, having an apex(66) and a groove(64) contacted-passed bottom yarn wound around a bobbin; and the fourth part track groove(60) formed on the inside of the groove member(58) and communicated with the second part track groove(42).
