PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily increase the scanning speed of a beam with a larger angle scanning range, and configure a high gain antenna device, a radar device of high detection capability using the antenna device, and a communication device. SOLUTION: Multiple dielectric lenses 24, 25, and 26, on which incident electromagnetic waves radiated from a primary radiator 1 strike separately, are provided at a fixed section, and the primary radiator is provided at a movable section. An opening section, which receives electromagnetic waves radiated from the first radiator, is selected, and the directivity of the beams is changed by conducting relative displacement of the movable section to the fixed section.
