Then product is precipitated with ethyl alcohol in ratio 1:3, filtered and dried. On the stage of an aqueous extraction the raw is treated with collagenase enzyme preparation solution with content 0.035-0.40% to raw mass for 45-50 min at temperature 45-50 C and pH 6.8-7.0.
