PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pipe inserting method into a sheath pipe allowing one person to insert an inner pipe into the sheath pipe without buckling of the pipe, in inserting the inner pipe made of thermoplastic synthetic resin into the sheath pipe made of thermoplastic synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A long-sized heating element generating heat with conduction is inserted into the inner pipe at the outside of the sheath pipe, the heating element is conducted and heat is generated to raise an inner pipe temperature to a value less than a secondary transfer temperature, and the inner pipe is inserted into the sheath pipe while the heating element is inserted into the inner pipe.
