PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for waveform analysis for improving the quality of a signal by avoiding false components in a spectrum obtained by analysis using Fourier transform to accurately extract a correct frequency component at high speed. SOLUTION: A value on one side of a window of an analysis signal is set to zero, and frequency analysis is performed in an area including the window and an area filled with zeros, and a principal frequency component in an obtained frequency distribution is extracted and is subtracted from the analysis signal to obtain a residual waveform, and the residual signal is subjected to the same processing again to obtain the next principal frequency component and the next residual signal, and the same processing is repeated to successively extract all the principal frequency components of the analysis signal, and all the principal frequency components are synthesized. |
