摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid occurrences of mechanical shocks due to decelerating and accelerating smoothly, when suspending or restarting operations. SOLUTION: In a numerical control apparatus for controlling a motor 4 provided with a plurality of control axes by outputting moving commands of binary data at each interpolation period, when an operation suspending command is input during binary operations, a distance which can reduce the speed and suspend the apparatus is calculated from the present speed and a predetermined acceleration; the binary data which is output after the time when the operation suspending command has been input is foreseen; then the binary data when the total moving amounts of the foreseen binary data exceed the distance is retrieved; the speed possible for reducing the speed and suspending the apparatus is calculated by the total moving amounts up to the retrieved binary data and by the acceleration; and the calculated total moving amounts and the calculated speed are output to decelerate the apparatus.
