PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce the history of updated information in some other user's terminal device disabled from seeing the updated information of user status in a distributed office system for some reason. SOLUTION: A server device is provided with a function of receiving information transmitted from a terminal device, a function of storing the received information with the time and date in a database, a function of receiving the start time and date transmitted from the terminal device, and a function of transmitting the information to the terminal device according to the start time and date.
