ELECTRIC CABLE ASSEMBLY FOR PREVENTING INAPPROPRIATE CONNECTION BETWEEN DEVICES AND ALLOWING USER TO EASILY CONNECT TUNER TO PDP

PURPOSE: An electric cable assembly is provided to prevent inappropriate connection between devices and allow a user to easily connect a tuner to a PDP(Plasma Display Panel). CONSTITUTION: An electric cable assembly includes a cable(11), electric connectors(12,13) respectively fixed to both ends of the cable and have electrical contact faces, and a housing for accommodating the electrical contacts. The housing has a mating surface and one electric connector has an equalizer circuit(14). The electric connector has a visual indicator different from the visual indicator of another electric connector. A connected side is specified by the visual indicator and thus inaccurate connection by a user is prevented.
