PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment, an attachment system, and a liquid supply device that can maintain a constant droplet ejection weight of a liquid ejection head, regardless of the consumption amount of a liquid in an external liquid reservoir. SOLUTION: An ink supply chamber 33 and a pressure chamber 51 are provided in an attachment having an attachment shape with respect to a recording head compatible with an ink cartridge. A valve device consisting of a movable valve 59, a coil spring 65, and a sealing member 67 is provided between the ink supply chamber 33 and the pressure chamber 51. The pressure chamber 51 of the attachment is designed to receive an ink supply from the ink supply chamber 33 in accordance with a reduction of ink in the interior, and maintains a valve-closed state even when the pressure of the ink supplied to the ink supply chamber 33 increases, as long as a negative pressure larger than that is not generated in the pressure chamber 51.
