PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original conveyance apparatus in which a processing time can be reduced and high-quality image data can be obtained when used in an image reading apparatus. SOLUTION: Charts 140A and 140B which become a reference when performing focusing control on a film image recorded on a photographic film 22, are provided at positions which can be read by an image reading apparatus, other than a conveyance path of the photographic film 22.
