PURPOSE: A martial arts training tool capable of displaying impact quantity is provided to measure the strength of an impact from a hit of a user and to display the strength of the impact through a display. CONSTITUTION: A martial arts training tool capable of displaying impact quantity comprises the following: a hitting unit(4) with a wide surface in one side; a holding unit(2) in the other side; a sensor, sensing when a user is hit, installed in the inside of the hitting unit; a controlling unit computing a signal form the sensor to a display value by a processor; and a display(6) including multiple LEDs(62) showing the display value of the controlling unit. The LED is formed with a fixed number of colors in an order of blue, green, yellow, red, and white. A blue light is light-emitted when a minimum strength impact is sensed, and a white light is light-emitted when a maximum strength impact is sensed.
