PURPOSE:To increase control items without increasing terminals in number by setting the internal circuit of an IC chip in three kind of states through one input terminal. CONSTITUTION:Input terminal 11 operating between positive power source +VS and ground GND and input circuit 12 operating between negative power source -VS and ground GND are provided and their control signal input terminals T1 are connected in common and supplied with control signals. While threshold voltage VT1 of this circuit 11 is set greater than GND and less than +VS, threshold voltage VT2 of circuir 12 is set greater than -VS and less than GND and outputs A and B'' of circuits 11 and 12 are to difference values. The output of circuit 12 is passed through level shifting circuits 21 and 22 to obtain output B of the same level with output A. Then, circuits 21 and 22 shift binary output (GND, -VS)B'' from circuit 12 into binary (+VS, GND) output B, so that control items can be increased without increasing the number of terminals. |
