PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an appropriate policy check possible even when the granularity of information between the policy designated by an information holder and the object to be disclosed as requested by a person to whom to be disclosed differs.SOLUTION: When an access request designating a Web information menu is transmitted from a user terminal 4, it is determined by a policy management server 2 on the basis of pre-stored policy information whether or not a menu exists in the menu designated by the access request that includes all of the attributes set as the object to be permitted. When it is determined that the menu exists, a menu screen for accessing the personal information that corresponds to the menu is generated, and the generated screen is transmitted to the user terminal 4. |
