PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a bearing part to use it stably for a long time, by providing flow passages which are connected from ends of a diffuser on the upstream side and the downstream side to the bearing part of a rotary turbine. CONSTITUTION:In a rotary turbine 6, many blades 6a are provided around a boss part 6b, and a turbine shaft 7 is attached to the center of the boss part 6b. Both ends of the turbine shaft 7 are supported freely rotatably by thrust bearings 10 and 11, bearing holders 8 and 9, etc. Therefore, the turbine 6 is rotated with a rotation number proportional to the flow rate of a measuring liquid flowed to the part of blades 6a, and the rotation number is detected by a pickup 14. The fluid velocity in the part of the turbine 6 is higher than that in the upstream side and the downstream side of a diffuser 2, and the static pressure is lower in the part of the turbine 6, and the fluid is flowed in pressure introducing holes 3a and 4a in the direction of arrows, and the bearing face is washed to wash away mixed foreign matters. As the result, the damage of the bearing part is prevented, and a turbine meter is used for a long time. |
