PURPOSE:To always set the power supply voltage supplied to an arithmetic controller at a fixed level by using a pulse generating means which increases the number of pulses generated within the unit time when the level of voltage rises up. CONSTITUTION:The feeding voltage VO' increases with increment of the quantity of light irradiated to a solar battery 1', and the frequency of a pulse signal applied to an arithemtic controller 2' is increased by a voltage frequency converter 6'. Therefore the current I1' flowing to the controller 2' increases together with increment of the current I2' flowing through the battery 1'. The increment of the I2' reduces the terminal voltage V1' of the battery 1' owing to an internal resistance r' of the battery 1'. In case the quantity of light irradiated to the battery 1' is reduced, the voltage VO' is reduced. Then the frequency of the pulse applied to the controller 2' is reduced by the converter 6'. Thus the current I1' flowing through the controller 2' is reduced and then the current I2' flowing through the battery 1' is reduced. This reduces the voltage drop due to a resistance (r) and compensates the drop of the voltage V1' of the battery 1'. |
