PURPOSE:To manufacture simultaneously, exactly and easily male die and female die bearing surfaces, and to set a bearing clearance part to a desired interval by adjusting up and down a rotor, by making the bearing surface conical. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 9 can be fitted to a male die bearing pillar 2, both members 9 and 2 are combined, and what is called a conical bearing mechanism is constituted. A clearance formed by the inside surface of the rotor 9 and the outside surface of the bearing pillar 2 forms what is called a clearance conical surface of a bearing mechanism, and usually this interval reaches several micra. By a rotation of the rotor 9, a smooth and high speed rotation of a polygon mirror 13 is executed, and also, when a position of the rotor 9 rises in the course of its rotation, the clearance becomes large and the dynamic pressure is reduced, and accordingly, the rotor sinks, therefore, a proper clearance is held automatically. |
